Sky Bridge Luxury & Associates is conducting an immediate search for an accomplished Residential Care Director that must possess an LPN on behalf of a distinctive & luxurious Senior Living Community in Michigan. This is an exceptional opportunity for a hands-on healthcare leader to oversee all aspects of CARE in a thriving community.
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) certification.
- Experience managing residential care facilities, including overseeing daily operations and ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
- Proven ability to lead and manage a team of caregivers and support staff in a residential care setting.
- 5-10 years of experience as a residential care director or in a similar role
- Experience working in luxury residential care facilities.
- Certification in healthcare administration or a related field.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with residents, families, and staff.
