Business Office Director - Hospital Based, Metropolitan Behavioral Health
The Business Office Director is responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the Business Office, including accurate and timely patient accounting, admissions processing, accounts receivable management, and supervision of the reception desk and admission coordinators. Full revenue cycle management experience is required.
Position SummaryOversee patient accounting, billing, collections, admissions, and revenue cycle management. Lead the business office team and maintain quality service standards.

Job Requirements:
- Education:
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field. HFMA certification preferred. - Experience:
Minimum two years in a multi-faceted business office, preferably in a health‑care setting, with medical billing knowledge and one year supervisory/management experience. Full revenue cycle management experience required. - Additional Requirements:
Experience with computers and business software programs, particularly Excel.
