To manage the program and ensure the integration and implementation of the program elements are as per agreed schedule| budget and quality so as to achieve the strategic intent of the program
Key Responsibilities- 1. To ensure value creation in the engagement
- 2. To manage key Program Partners / Stakeholders interests for smooth integration and implementation of the program and achievement of its objectives.
- 3. To manage engagement profitability by managing various variables
- 4. To proactively engage with the client to understand the business engagements
- 5. To lead| manage| develop and engage the team
- 6. To proactively identify and mitigate risks & issues (including escalations) for delivery of the program

A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program;
