  Reporting into US Marketing Communications, this role owns the strategic 'why' and 'where next' for , while leading and developing the team responsible for day-to-day execution, optimization, and merchandising.

• This is a people-leadership and strategy role: you will set direction, secure investment, define success, and build/mentor a high-performing team.

  Roadmap:
  
  Define and continuously evolve the multi-year strategic vision for , aligning the digital experience strategy to Ford Pro s broader commercial business goals, customer segment priorities, and competitive landscape. Translate that vision into a prioritized, resourced roadmap owned by the team.

• Executive Stakeholder Leadership & Alignment:
  Serve as the primary voice and advocate for Ford Pro s.com digital strategy with senior leadership across Ford Pro, Marketing and Enterprise Technology—building consensus, securing investment, and reporting on business impact and ROI at the executive level.

  Build, lead, mentor, and grow the website strategy and experience team, ensuring clear accountability, career development, and a high-performance culture.
