- Supervise, evaluate, and empower an hourly team that produces manufactured products, and organize workflow to meet quality and daily productivity requirements.
- Ensure safety, quality, and productivity objectives are met through coaching standardized work, verifying lines are running safely, smoothly, and producing quality parts.
- Drive to exceed personal, team, and Company goals by holding self & team to high performance standards through servant leadership.
- Build strong interpersonal relationships with hourly team members, union, and management teams.
- Ability to maintain a high level of professionalism in difficult and stressful situations.
- Two‑way communicator who actively listens to hourly team members, leaders, business partners and customers.
- Highly committed to continuous improvement, while applying innovative solutions with a customer‑first mindset.
- Create a culture of safety and implement workplace policies.
- Administer the CBA (collective bargaining agreement) consistently and effectively.
- Values different opinions & is open to ideas & perspectives from others.
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 2 + years of supervisory and / or manufacturing experience.
- Working knowledge in Microsoft:
Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook. - Ability to work rotating shifts and hours, including nights and weekends.
- Bachelor’s Degree.
- Safety and quality experience.
- Six Sigma:
Black or Green Belt certified. - Knowledge of constraint management principles.
- Prior experience managing a unionized workforce.
- Stamping experience.

This position is a salary grade 6‑7 – from $72,480 to $141,360.
