In this position
You will serve as the primary link between forecasted sales requirements and actual manufacturing execution. Your mission is to develop precise vehicle and part-level volumes (APW/MPW), identify potential supply chain bottlenecks, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure seamless vehicle production and successful product launches.
You will be at the heart of the company’s manufacturing strategy, directly influencing how we bring vehicles to market. This role offers high visibility, the opportunity to solve complex global challenges, and a clear path for professional growth within the Supply Chain and Operations organizations.
You'll have- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Analytics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 2–5 years of experience in capacity planning, supply chain analysis, or manufacturing operations (automotive experience preferred).
- Analytical
Skills:
Strong proficiency in data analysis and modeling. Ability to translate complex data sets into actionable supply chain strategies. - Communication: Excellent negotiation and presentation skills, with the ability to drive consensus among diverse stakeholders (Sales, Marketing, and Engineering).
- Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUPs, and experience with ERP/PLM software).
- Experience with Bill of Materials (BOM) management and product definition logic.
- Familiarity with APW (Average Production Weekly) and MPW (Maximum Production Weekly) concepts.
- Knowledge of vehicle launch processes and automotive manufacturing constraints.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
