Holds responsibility for the development, administration, capability, and compliance of the Quality Management and Quality Assurance Systems.

• The Maintenance Technician ensures smooth operation of machinery and equipment at the facility
• This includes both routine and emergency maintenance, with a focus on minimizing downtime and maintaining production efficiency
• Preventive Maintenance:
  Perform scheduled inspections, adjustments, and part replacements
• Repairs:
  Troubleshoot and fix mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems
• Modify programs and maintain the high‑pressure components
• Equipment Installation:
  Help set up and calibrate new machinery
• Documentation:
  Keep accurate maintenance logs and reports
• Safety Compliance:
  Follow safety protocols and report hazards
• Continuous Improvement:
  Suggest enhancements to maintenance procedures

  Work closely with production and other maintenance staff

• Educational requirements :
  High School Diploma or GED
• Resourceful and self‑motivated, able to manage multiple deliverables.
• A challenging and enquiring mindset
• Teamwork, High Negotiation and Communication Skills, Resilience with Proactive approach.
• Must be able to work overtime as scheduled
