Salary Range: $61,000 - $88,000 depending on experience.

• Demonstrated problem‑solving skills and ability to make data‑driven decisions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective team and cross‑functional collaboration.

• Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification.
• Experience with ERP systems like SAP or Oracle.
• Strong record of developing and mentoring team members.
• Bilingual in Spanish or another relevant language.
