Responsibilities
- Assemble and prepare test environments for deployment.
- Aluminum frame assembly
- Harness installation
- Module installation
- Software installation
- Testing & validation
- Package and ship systems to Ford and Non Ford partners.
- Track distribution using approved process/tools
- Maintain operation of tool systems
- Troubleshoot and repair tool systems.
- Monitor and maintain virtual service desk
- Diagnose, update, and repair non-functional systems.
- Manage shipping of components to our fabricators for upcoming system builds.
- Maintain inventory and organization of tools lab
Bachelor's Degree – Preferred; applicable knowledge or experience acceptable in place of formal education.
Required Primary Skills- Ability to manage priorities, risks, and issues as they arise
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a group
- Strong communication skills both written and oral
- Functional understanding of automotive electrical wiring and wiring schematics
- 2+ years of experience in electrical harness design or fabrication
- Prior automotive or IT support
- Experience utilizing JIRA
