Seasonal General Laborer

Our client, a prominent agricultural operation, is seeking a dedicated Seasonal General Laborer to join their team. As a Seasonal General Laborer, you will be an integral part of the fruit farm operations supporting the warehouse team. Job Title: Seasonal General Laborer

Pay Range: $15-17/hr, based on experience

Shift: 9:00am-5:00pm 3-4 days a week (Based on production needs). Generally Tuesday-Thursday/Friday, subject to change based on needs.

• Manually load pallets of product onto the production line to support efficient warehouse operations
• Accurately and efficiently place product into boxes
• Build and fill pallets with boxed product following company standards
• Maintain a consistent workflow to support production and shipping schedules
• Inspect product and packaging for quality issues and report any concerns

• Ability to perform repetitive physical tasks and standing for extended periods
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
• Dependability with good attendance and punctuality
• Willingness to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
