We are seeking a skilled and motivated Industrial Engineer with 0-4 years of experience to optimize manufacturing processes, improve operational efficiency, and reduce production costs. The ideal candidate will have experience in process improvement, lean manufacturing, quality control, and production planning within a manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities- Analyze manufacturing processes and identify opportunities to improve productivity, quality, and efficiency.
- Develop and implement Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Conduct time studies, workflow analysis, and capacity planning.
- Design and improve production layouts, material flow, and work methods.
- Collaborate with production, quality, maintenance, and supply chain teams to optimize operations.
- Prepare process documentation, work instructions, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Monitor production KPIs and recommend corrective actions.
- Support new product launches and manufacturing process validation.
- Utilize engineering tools to perform data analysis and process optimization.
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and environmental standards.
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, or a related engineering field.
- 0-4 years of Industrial Engineering experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, and Continuous Improvement methodologies.
- Experience with time studies, process mapping, value stream mapping, and production planning.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, AutoCAD, Minitab, or similar engineering tools.
- Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle is preferred.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
- Lean Six Sigma Green Belt or Black Belt certification is a plus.
- Experience in automotive, aerospace, or high-volume manufacturing industries.
- Familiarity with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, or other quality management systems.
