Welder – $25/HR

Minutemen Staffing is immediately hiring experienced Welders in Dearborn, MI!

Pay: $25/hour

Shifts: 1st or 2nd Shift

Training: 1st Shift

• Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
• Weld, cut, shape, and assemble metal components.
• Perform MIG, TIG, Arc, Stick, Ceramic, and Flux Core welding.
• Inspect finished welds for quality and accuracy.
• Safely operate welding and fabrication equipment.
• Follow OSHA and company safety standards.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Previous welding experience.
• Ability to read blueprints.
• Welding certification preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and stand for extended periods.
• Must be available for 1st or 2nd shift
