This full-time, on-site role involves heavy lifting, standing for long hours, and working in all weather conditions to keep production flowing. You will participate in molding rubber products and assist with loading and palletizing finished goods.
The ideal candidate has 1–2 years in an industrial setting, strong teamwork, and the physical stamina to handle 50-pound loads in a fast-paced environment.
