You are curious, confident, collaborative, and ready to step in as a trusted partner to both clients and internal stakeholders.

About the Role

This position supports our high‑profile Sports Car and Off‑Road Racing clients and plays a critical role in executing at‑track activations, developing creative marketing strategies, and managing the full scope of event logistics. From concept to execution, you’ll collaborate with our internal teams and external vendors to deliver standout experiences at the track and beyond.

Responsibilities are split approximately 40% program management and 60% program support. Travel, including weekends and occasional evenings, is required.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities
  • While following guidance from an Account Director, manage complex accounts and drive total project management: proposal, program implementation, and management of budget and staff.
  • Partner with clients to determine, develop, and accomplish strategies and objectives for their programs.
  • Lead research, planning, and implementation of client activities focused on sports‑car and off‑road racing programs.
  • Proactively move projects forward, anticipate next steps, solve problems, and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment, often with minimal direction.
  • Oversee or execute event logistics, including vendor coordination, on‑site setup and strike, and event staff supervision.
  • Provide guidance and direction to Account Executives and Assistant Account Executives working on projects.
  • Serve as a welcoming and professional host for clients and guests at racing events, representing the brand with enthusiasm and authenticity.
  • Assist in developing creative marketing concepts tailored to the motor sport audience and event opportunities.
  • Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring accurate tracking and reconciliation of program costs.
  • Coordinate planning meetings, develop agendas, and maintain clear communication between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Write business correspondence and client communications with clarity, professionalism, and personality.
  • Complete additional duties as assigned.
  • Adhere to ISO 9001, ISO 14001 and all other company policies, procedures, and processes.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Required
  • At least 3 years of experience in event marketing, brand activations, or experiential promotions. Motorsports experience is a major plus.
  • Experience with Contest & Incentive programs and/or B2B sales promotions.
  • Excellent writing and communications skills, especially in business correspondence.
  • Ability to work on a variety of program types, including motorsports, trade shows, diversity‑based programs, and outdoor festivals.
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks while remaining adaptable in a fast‑paced, ever‑changing environment.
  • Strong interpersonal communication skills to build and maintain client relationships and project teams.
  • Ability to leverage personal strengths and weaknesses to advance competency and grow professionally.
  • Strong organizational, budgeting, and time‑management skills.
  • Demonstrated desire to remain current with trends and technology in the marketing arena.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field.
  • At least two years of relevant professional experience.
  • Willingness to travel, work weekends or evenings, and possibly perform physical activities such as standing, walking outdoors for extended periods, and lifting event supplies up to 35 lbs.
Location and Travel

This is a hybrid role requiring up to three days a week onsite in Dearborn, Michigan. The role requires travel, including weekends and occasional evenings.

Additional Information
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record required.
  • Salary range starts at $52,681 annually, negotiable based on experience.
  • This is a U.S.‑based position. Sponsorship is not available.
  • The corporate office is located in Dearborn, MI.
