The Commercial Service Marketing Specialist will assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies that promote service and part sales to commercial clients. This role focuses on increasing brand awareness, generating service repairs, parts sales, and supporting the commercial service field team with marketing tools and materials.
This role is hybrid and requires at least 4 days per week onsite in Dearborn, MI.
Responsibilities• Assist in development and execution of full-funnel marketing campaigns targeted at commercial clients, including digital and traditional marketing efforts.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, build visibility to the competitive landscape, and understand client needs.
• Assist in marketing message development promoting commercial service offerings.
• Collaborate with the sales, operations, and communications team to support business efforts with targeted campaigns and promotional activities.
• Analyze campaign performance and report insights to improve future marketing strategies.
Qualifications• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of relevant education and experience.
• 5 years of experience in data-driven performance marketing planning & execution, preferably within a Business-to-Business setting.
