The ABO Rewards & Recognition team supports key recognition programs, communications, and experiences that celebrate and engage Amway Business Owners worldwide. The team offers a fast-paced, highly collaborative environment that combines storytelling, event support, strategic communications, and community engagement.
How would an intern contribute to the team’s success:This intern will play a key role in content creation, communications, and engagement initiatives that support the A70 organization and its business objectives.
Creating and managing content that supports storytelling and engagement initiatives
Developing communications for recognition programs and events
Supporting digital and social media content strategies
Assisting with audience insights and engagement analysis
Helping plan and coordinate user-generated content initiatives
Collaborating with cross-functional partners and business stakeholders
Example #1 - Founder's Council Event Support
Support one of Amway's premier recognition events by contributing to communications, content development, and engagement activities. This project provides exposure to senior leaders and top-performing Amway Business Owners while helping celebrate their accomplishments and success.
Develop written, visual, and digital content supporting recognition programs, business initiatives, and community engagement efforts.

Academic Eligibility:
Undergraduate students who will have completed their freshman, sophomore, or junior year by the start of the internship, with an anticipated graduation date between August 2027 and April 2030.

Canva
Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams)
Social Media tracking tools

Your pay rate within the posted range will be based on your completed class year at the start of the internship program. Amway’s recruiting team will confirm your applicable rate during the recruitment process.
