Internal Communications Lead – Enterprise Technology

We are seeking an experienced Internal Communications Lead / Editor-in-Chief to lead the editorial strategy, governance, and measurement of communications across a large Enterprise Technology organization. This role will own key internal communication channels, including newsletters, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Viva Engage, while partnering with communications teams across the organization to ensure consistent messaging, strong editorial standards, and effective audience engagement.

The ideal candidate will bring 8+ years of experience in corporate or internal communications, strong editorial and writing skills, experience developing communication governance and publishing standards, and advanced knowledge of the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The role will also help drive the adoption of AI-enabled communication tools and workflows, including testing, prompt refinement, and user adoption. This is a highly visible, cross-functional role requiring strong stakeholder management, analytical thinking, editorial judgment, and the ability to work independently in a complex, matrixed organization.
