• Home Clinic: Gladwin (with the expectation to work at our West Branch clinic as needed)
• Schedule: Monday – Friday.

  Our cross‑coverage location, West Branch, is currently evaluating opening on Saturdays in the future.
• Shifts: Three 12‑14 hour shifts per week.
• Weekends: Rotating weekends required.
• Float: Shift differential for travel and paid mileage when floating to West Branch.

• Associates Degree in Nursing (ADN) from an accredited school of nursing required;
  Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) or a three‑year diploma from an accredited diploma program may be substituted for the nursing degree.
• Current RN license in the state of Michigan.
• Current CPR certification.
• You must have a flexible schedule and be able to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Helpful but not required:
  Intensive Care Unit (ICU), Critical Care Unit (CCU), Emergency Room (ER), or Medical Surgical (Med Surg) experience.
