• Deliver direct nursing care to hospice patients in Dearborn and surrounding areas.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to create and implement patient care plans.

• Active RN license in the state of employment.
• Associate degree or higher from an accredited nursing school.
• Minimum of two years of RN experience; hospice experience preferred.
• Valid driver’s licence with ability to spend ~20% of time traveling to patient locations.
• Demonstrated ability to meet charting deadlines and manage own schedule.
