Position: Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) - Part & Full Time ($3-$5K Bonus)

Northville, Michigan (serving surrounding communities across Southeast Michigan)

Job Description

Classic Home Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurses (RNs) to work as home health/home care RNs in Northville, Michigan. Positions are available in full‑time, part‑time, and contingent formats.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide care to patients in the community to help them regain independence.
  • Conduct and complete initial assessments to generate personalized care plans in collaboration with physicians and the interdisciplinary team.
  • Observe signs and symptoms and report to the physician and/or other health professionals as needed or upon changes in the patient’s condition.
  • Teach, supervise, and counsel patients and families regarding home nursing procedures and other care needs appropriate to the patient’s condition.
  • Apply critical thinking to continuously improve services and the agency.
Qualifications
  • Active Michigan Registered Nurse (RN) license.
  • Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license.
  • Auto insurance in the employee’s name as a driver.
  • Home health care experience preferred.
Compensation Full‑Time RN
  • Rate: $60.00 – $100.20 per visit.
  • Approx. annual salary: $93,600 (30 points per week).
Part‑Time RN
  • Rate: $60.00 – $100.20 per visit.
  • Approx. annual salary: $56,160 (18 points per week).
Contingent RN
  • Weekday visit rate: $60.00 – $100.00 per visit.
  • Weekend visit rate: $65.00 – $105.00 per visit.
  • Estimated points: 18 points per week.
Additional Reimbursement (all formats)
  • Lab Drop Off: $15.00 per drop.
  • Discharge Without a Visit: $5.00 – $10.00 per non‑visit discharge.
  • Transfer Without a Visit: $10.00 per non‑visit transfer.
  • Orientation Period & In‑Services: $30.00 per hour.
  • Weekend On Call: $100.00 per weekend day or $200.00 per regular two‑day weekend.
  • Mileage Reimbursement: $0.50 per mile after 30 miles per day round trip from home.
