We provide compassionate care to our guests as Nurse Assistants. You build relationships with patients and families while assisting with activities of daily living. Your observations help the clinical team recognize potential medical issues. Your role is essential to our nursing team.

• Perform and document patient care using individualized care plans, including bathing, skin care, oral care, shaving, dressing, and assistance with activities of daily living.
• Measure and record vital signs, blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration; monitor catheter care, bowel/bladder training, feeding, and weight tracking.
• Assist with mobility, turning, positioning, range of motion, and ambulation.
• Support physical, psychological, occupational, speech, restorative, and recreational therapies by encouraging participation.
• Observe and report significant changes in routine or condition to the nursing team.
• Promote hospitality and excellent customer service in every interaction with guests, families, and visitors.
• Work full‑time or part‑time opportunities as needed.

• Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification required from the State of Michigan.
• Completed an approved Nurse Assistant training program.
• Excellent customer service skills with a commitment to delivering passionate, innovative care.
• Team player dedicated to supporting teammates and completing tasks.

• Starting wage $17.50 per hour with $22.40 hourly for certain shifts.
• Shift premium $1.00–$1.50 per hour for 2nd and 3rd shifts.
