Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA)

Henry Ford Health is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) to join our dedicated anesthesia care team at the Henry Ford Dearborn Surgery Center in Dearborn, Michigan. Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct pre-anesthesia assessments and develop individualized anesthesia care plans.
• Administer anesthesia, including general, regional, or monitored anesthesia care, in collaboration with surgeons and healthcare providers.
• Monitor patients during procedures and manage any anesthesia-related complications.
• Provide post-anesthesia care and pain management.
• Maintain accurate documentation according to hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Potentially administer anesthesia to all ages and A.S.A. classes of patients, including geriatrics and pediatrics.
• Provide airway management services as needed.
• Travel to other ambulatory sites when necessary.
• No lapsed or new graduate candidates.
• Not open to locum and/or locum to perm candidates.
• Not open to candidates who have lapsed Board Certification(s) and need to obtain them again.
• Not open to providers who want to commute long distances (more than 1 hour) and/or in conjunction with another job(s).
• Not open to candidates seeking alternate shift schedules to what is described above.
• Open to H1B and J1 Visa Candidates.

Compensation and Benefits:

• Competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview). Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
• $40,000 sign-on bonus.

Certification Requirements:

• NBCRNA.

State License Requirements:

• Michigan.

Additional License Requirements:

• Clinical privileges in anesthesia, State specialty certification, ALS Certification (Advanced Life Support, if separate from ACLS).
