Responsibilities
- Perform routine testing on purchased materials and finished products in the Quality Control Laboratory, including preparing sample/standard solutions and conducting physical and identification testing (pH meter, density meter, UV‑Visible Spectrometry, IR Spectrometry, Malvern particle size analyzer, titration, viscosity, etc.).
- Carry out quantitative analysis using instrumentation such as HPLC, UPLC, GC, dissolution baths, Atomic Absorption, etc.
- Proficiently use electronic laboratory notebooks and input data into SAP.
- Maintain personal laboratory work area and assist with general laboratory cleaning.
- Participate in training and development.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Biochemistry, or a related field preferred – high school diploma required. Recent graduates for 2025 urged to apply and highly desirable.
- Strong computer skills with knowledge in Excel and Microsoft Word.
- Detail oriented, able to multi‑task and work well individually and in a team environment to complete daily assignments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills required.
Pay
: $21/hr after a 2–3 week training period. After training, pay increases to $21.50/hr for the evening shift.
Shift/hours
:
Evening Shift, Monday – Thursday, 4 PM – 2 AM. During training, shift may be Monday – Thursday or Monday – Friday.
