Assistant Manager

Pizza Hut -  -  - Responsibilities:
Provide leadership in the restaurant - recognizing and motivating Shift Leaders, Shift Managers and Team Members; coaching and training the team to achieve operational excellence.;
Directly perform hands-on operational work on an ongoing basis to train employees and model appropriate skills and behaviours.;
Analyze sales, labour, inventory and controllables and take corrective action to meet or exceed daily/weekly margin and sales targets.;
Recruit and develop Team Members, Shift Leaders and Shift Managers; manage performance, provide feedback, and assist in staffing plans.;
Ensure safety, health codes and company policies are followed and maintain facility/equipment to standards.
