The Flex Sales Associate will be the ultimate Pandora Fan. You will be responsible for delivering a world-class experience, surpassing sales goals, and continually finding innovative ways to engage and attract customers. Flexible Sales Associate (Part-Time) is a role that fits your lifestyle, stepping in during peak hours to deliver incredible fan experiences and support store operations. Our fans will feel your passion when you share product knowledge and inspire them to style their jewellery.

• Demonstrated ability to be a results-oriented seller.
• Strong communication skills with a sense of care in interactions.
• Ability to charm and captivate an audience and connect with people at all levels of the organization.
• At least 18 years old with ability to provide proof of identity and eligibility to work.
• Flexible schedule includes nights, weekends, and holidays; ability to stand for extended periods and lift 50+ pounds.
• Flexible schedule with 4–12 hours per week during peak seasons, and increased availability during peak times.
• Reliable support and willingness to step in during high-traffic times or events.

Michigan: $14.10 per hour - $17.60 per hour, commensurate with experience.
