Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writer

Join our team of Full Time Nabisco Merchandiser/Order Writers and fulfill the merchandising needs of our customers through communication & relationship building, stocking store shelves, and maintaining or changing displays. Become an ambassador of world-famous brands such as Oreo, Ritz, belVita, Chips Ahoy, Triscuit.

• Represent Mondelēz in front of in-store employees and work closely with sales representatives to optimize visibility of product on shelves and construct promotional displays.
• Carry out in-store visits according to Mondelēz’ DSD Merchandising Steps, capturing photos of displays.
• Order product (via iPad Tablet) for shelves and displays to ensure in-stock conditions.
• Ensure Nabisco brands are well represented, stocked, and maintained according to company guidelines.
• Ensure sales representatives’ negotiated plans with store managers are followed and communicate any issues to management.
• Follow the daily schedule set by the merchandising manager to ensure efficient in-store service.
• Enhance seasonal sales, seasonal displays, and new product launches.
• Demonstrate a positive and upbeat attitude while representing Mondelēz.

• At least 18 years old with a valid driver’s license.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Positive, professional attitude; self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Ability to drive personal vehicle to multiple store locations; mileage reimbursed.
• Capable of performing hard work in a fast-paced environment, lifting up to 25 lbs (occasionally over 50 lbs).
• Previous retail or grocery experience a plus.
• Live within 25‑35 miles of Lansing, MI (primary location); must be able to work secondary locations in Mason, East Lansing, Holt.
• Schedule availability:
  Monday–Thursday, Saturday (start time 7:00 AM).

Hourly compensation $16.00–$18.50 based on experience.
