Team Member – Moo Moo Express Car Wash

As a Team Member at Moo Moo Express Car Wash, you will deliver exceptional customer service, promote sales of unlimited wash packages, and maintain the quality and safety standards of our facility.

• Educate customers on the benefits of our Unlimited Wash Club.
• Greet and exceed customer expectations through a strong first impression.
• Actively engage with customers before and after the wash to ensure 100% satisfaction.
• Maintain quality assurance through accurate Quality Control checks.
• Comply with all safety protocols and standard operating procedures.
• Address customer escalations calmly and professionally.
• Operate basic retail equipment (computer, POS, etc.).
• Pitch membership offers to new customers.
• Learn and expand knowledge of the wash process and equipment.
• Perform other related duties as required and assigned.

• High school diploma or equivalent, or current enrollment.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends.
• Stand and move throughout the site for the entire shift in a fast‑paced environment.
• Work outdoors in all weather conditions.
• Lift up to 25 lbs. consistently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally.
• Positive attitude, willingness to take direction, and professional appearance.
• Follow safety guidelines and wear required safety equipment.
