Grow your career as a Operations Associate! This role provides a path for those with a knack for detail and interest in making an impact and is vital in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of their location(s). The Operations Associate supports the store Leadership team by performing a variety of tasks, including inventory control, vendor management, daily paperwork and audits.

This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced retail environment. Learn what goes into a high-volume business with thorough and supportive training that empowers you towards operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities in all applicable departments (C-Store, Subway, Food Service)
  • Daily Paperwork, all departments, minimum of 3 days/week
  • Cash handling and reconciliation
  • Lottery
  • Grow sales and control waste in all categories
  • Plan-O-Gram execution
  • Audits
  • PDI ReportingF
  • Site Transaction Manager
  • Utilizes financial tools and reporting

    Ordering and Inventory Control
  • Maintaining organization of store inventory
  • Timely execution of marketing materials
  • Awareness of brand expectations in responsible areas
  • Monitor Fresh Display cases
  • Monitor and adjust build to’s
  • Perform additional tasks as needed
Qualifications and Requirements

Training
  • Actively participates in the JPR Program
  • Completion of all applicable prerequisite training
  • Remains proficient in all applicable departments post required training
  • Always Food Safe Certification
  • Works a minimum of 25 average hours per week
  • 18 years of age
  • Valid Michigan Driver’s License
  • High-school diploma or GED equivalent, bachelor’s degree encouraged
