Part Time Floor Leader - Partridge Creek Charter Township of Clinton, Michigan

We are looking for a Floor Leader who will play a vital role in supporting the Store Management Team across all areas of the business. You will spend your day on the shop floor, leading and inspiring a team of sales associates to meet and exceed their goals, fostering a culture of passion and positivity to create a productive and fun work environment.

• Driving Sales: Use the Store Force dashboard to coach and give feedback to the sales team, adjust floor layout to exceed sales goals, and oversee the contribution of your segments to overall store sales.

  Lead by example in delivering a world‑class experience on the shop floor, including product demonstrations and personalized consultations.
• Brand Building: Educate customers on Lush brand values—Fighting Animal Testing, Freshest Cosmetics, Ethical Buying, 100% Vegetarian, Handmade, and Naked Packaging—and engage the community through store events.
• Product Passion: Continuously deepen product knowledge and make informed recommendations for every customer need.

• Development: Train and coach Sales Ambassadors and peers on sales techniques and product knowledge, assess performance, and seek feedback to elevate your and the team’s skills.
• Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging: Foster open communication, celebrate uniqueness, and promote teamwork.

• Cash Handling & Store Opening/Closing: Manage cash transactions, open/close registers, reconcile drawers, prepare deposits, and secure the store.
• Time and Attendance: Model punctuality, manage breaks, and keep the team informed of daily tasks.
• Visuals & Merchandising: Maintain an organized, visually appealing store to enhance the shopping experience.
• Stock & Inventory: Train staff on inventory practices and adjust displays based on sales data.
• Policies & Procedures: Ensure compliance with company standards for opening/closing, product integrity, respectful workplace, and health and safety.

Required:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service and sales, cash handling, supervisory coaching, and problem‑solving in a fast‑paced team environment.
• Knowledge and passion for skincare, natural beauty, and ethical business.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Preferred:

• Experience with consultation‑based customer service models.
• Experience analyzing sales metrics.
• Experience in skincare or cosmetics.
• Experience in cross‑cultural collaboration and DEIB or social justice training.
• Fluency in Spanish, French, or other languages.
