Retail Team Leader

As a Retail Team Leader (Key Holder), you will increase responsibility and future growth into leadership. The role requires a passion for customer service, attention to detail in stocking and inventory management, and skill in operating point of sale and maintaining store conditions.

• Opening and closing the store
• Assisting with daily store operations and tasks
• Unloading merchandise from delivery trucks, organizing and transferring merchandise from the stockroom to the store
• Maintaining merchandise quality: product rotation, proper food handling, receiving, and ensuring product quality
• Providing exceptional customer service – building relationships, problem‑solving, and driving sales
• Cash handling – bank deposits, giving change for cashiers, and managing registers
• Helping to build and train the team and supervising sales associates in the performance of their duties

• 1–2 years of retail experience with progressively increasing responsibility
• Physical ability to regularly lift up to 50 lbs and lift above shoulder height frequently
• Flexible, full‑time schedule availability – including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Ability to safely operate power equipment such as slicers, walkie lifts, and forklifts where applicable
• Willingness to respond to alarm calls during non‑working hours and work shifts at other nearby stores if needed
• Minimum age 18 years (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic computer skills
