This position will require interaction with the customer when placing orders, suggesting products and processing payment for the transaction. Professional and efficient service to customers is expected all while demonstrating a high level of product knowledge.

• Operate cash register, including responsibility of cash till
• Wrap flowers and box arrangements
• Assist customers with orders placed
• Water and maintain all plants according to watering schedule
• Upsell where appropriate
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Stock supplies as needed
• Maintain current knowledge of product
• Maintain a clean and organized work area free of hazards
• Abide by Westborn Market’s time and attendance policy
• Keep positive and helpful attitude during length of shift
• Perform miscellaneous job‑related duties as assigned

• Proper phone etiquette while taking orders or messages
• Demonstrates basic math skills with and without a calculator
• Ability to write legibly and read with comprehension at a level where it applies to this position
• Knowledge of product to properly assist customers for a positive shopping experience
