· Open, close, and operate the Ford retail store during assigned hours

· Maintain immaculate sales floor and stockroom standards, ensuring products are presented attractively and consistently

· Monitor inventory levels, restock merchandise, and assist with inventory counts and reconciliations

· Efficiently process sales transactions using the Ford retail Point of Sale (POS) system, ensuring accuracy, and a smooth checkout process

· Follow all company policies related to transaction handling, safety, and security

· Support overall store operations and complete additional responsibilities as directed by management
