Part Time Sales Associate – Clinton, CT

• Provide exceptional customer service and establish rapport with customers.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales goals as assigned by the Store Manager.
• Develop comprehensive knowledge of merchandise and stay updated on product features.
• Merchandise products according to company guidelines, ensuring accurate ticketing and proper display.
• Maintain a neat, clean, and professional working environment, monitoring merchandise for accuracy.
• Follow security and loss‑prevention procedures in line with corporate policies.
• Service watches, including sizing and battery changes as needed.
• Support the store with additional tasks as required.

• Strong selling skills and experience in watch, jewelry, fashion, accessories, specialty, or luxury retail.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Flexible schedule to accommodate business needs and achieve store objectives.

• Hourly rate starting at $17.00 and commission on all sales.
