Aftermarket Outside Sales and Estimating

The Aftermarket Outside Sales and Estimating will be responsible for day-to-day duties within the Anchor Conveyor Division including but not limited to the items listed below. The successful candidate will need to act proactively, be punctual, and reliable.

• Ability to work in a technical sales environment.
• Demonstrate ability to communicate verbally effectively and professionally and in writing ensuring tact and diplomacy.
• Ability to multi-task and handle a variety of responsibilities while maintaining strong attention to detail.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized and must be able to multi-task and set priorities.

• A dedicated individual that likes to succeed and sets goals.
• Working with customers and sales professionals.
• Prepare and submit written quotations.
• Discuss and review system requirements with customers to make application recommendations based on the provided information.
• Responsible for gathering all the required information needed for quoting and working collaboratively with job estimating.
• Build relationships with customers to gain long term partnerships.
• Computer – MS Office, Word, Teams and Excel.

• High school diploma is required, college degree preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in a similar role.

• Conveyor experience – heavy automotive industry conveyors – overhead and floor.
• Engineering background or strong mechanical aptitude.
• Intermediate to advanced MS Office skills with emphasis on Word, Excel, Teams and Outlook.
• Excellent prioritization skills with the ability to prioritize own time, & time and workflow of others.
• A thorough understanding for the nature of an office environment and the importance of confidentiality, discretion, and sound judgement.
