We’re seeking an outside sales representative to join our team and help us continue to grow and expand our business.

Job Description

As an outside sales representative for Nfinity Athletic, you’ll be responsible for generating new business and maintaining relationships with existing clients. You’ll work closely with our marketing and design teams to develop customized solutions that meet the unique needs of each client.

Responsibilities
  • Identifying new sales opportunities and developing leads
  • Cold calling and prospecting potential clients
  • Meeting with clients face‑to‑face to present our products and services
  • Maintaining strong relationships with existing clients and ensuring their satisfaction
  • Collaborating with marketing and design teams to develop custom solutions for clients
  • Achieving and exceeding sales targets and quotas
  • Providing regular reports on sales activities and progress
  • Selling Nfinity products within an assigned geographic territory
  • Cross‑selling to existing customers
  • Developing relationships with school and club sports teams within the cheerleading industry
  • Promptly following up on pre‑qualified leads provided by the corporate office
  • Making professional sales presentations
  • Meeting or exceeding sales goals set by the Team Sales Manager and Field Sales Representative
  • Attending all Nfinity‑sponsored events within the designated geographic territory
  • Providing customer feedback on products and marketplace conditions
  • Managing leads, opportunities, and customers using the company CRM system Salesforce
  • Running basic customer reports in Net Suite and using Salesforce to manage the customer base
  • Traveling within the territory (~75%) and outside of the territory (< 25%)
  • Project managing Pop‑Up Stores (venue scouting, contract negotiation, scheduling)
  • Setting up and breaking down events as assigned
  • Requesting marketing materials from the Marketing department prior to scheduled events
  • Working evenings and weekends as required
Desired Skills and Experience
  • Minimum of 2 years of sales experience, preferably in the apparel or sports industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to develop and maintain client relationships
  • Self‑starter with strong organizational and time‑management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Salesforce software
  • Knowledge of the cheerleading industry is a plus
