Requirements:

Ability to lift 20–30 lbs

Key Responsibilities Sales Support
  • Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up communications.
  • Help maintain and update customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
  • Support preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and customer presentations.
  • Participate in customer visits, sales calls, and product demonstrations as needed.
  • Assist with order coordination, tracking, and post‑sale customer follow‑up.
Marketing Support
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and promotional collateral.
  • Support planning and execution of trade shows, events, and customer engagement activities.
  • Help research market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics.
  • Assist with product sample coordination and delivery to prospects and customers.
General & Field Support
  • Assist with delivery, set‑up, or transport of materials and product samples as required (ability to lift 20‑30 lbs required).
  • Operate a company or personal vehicle to support local sales activities and customer visits (valid driver’s license required).
  • Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned.
Required Qualifications
  • Currently enrolled as a Sophomore or Junior pursuing a BS in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
  • Ability to lift and carry 20‑30 lbs as needed.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time effectively across a part‑time schedule.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
  • Professional demeanor and customer‑facing presence.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience (part‑time, internship, or volunteer).
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
  • Experience with social media management or digital marketing tools.
  • Basic understanding of sales processes and the customer journey.
