Requirements:
Valid driver’s license;
Ability to lift 20–30 lbs
- Assist the sales team with prospecting, lead qualification, and follow-up communications.
- Help maintain and update customer records and activity logs in the CRM system.
- Support preparation of sales quotes, proposals, and customer presentations.
- Participate in customer visits, sales calls, and product demonstrations as needed.
- Assist with order coordination, tracking, and post‑sale customer follow‑up.
- Assist in the creation of marketing materials, social media content, and promotional collateral.
- Support planning and execution of trade shows, events, and customer engagement activities.
- Help research market trends, competitor activity, and customer insights.
- Contribute to email marketing campaigns and track engagement metrics.
- Assist with product sample coordination and delivery to prospects and customers.
- Assist with delivery, set‑up, or transport of materials and product samples as required (ability to lift 20‑30 lbs required).
- Operate a company or personal vehicle to support local sales activities and customer visits (valid driver’s license required).
- Perform other sales and marketing duties as assigned.
- Currently enrolled as a Sophomore or Junior pursuing a BS in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a closely related field.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to lift and carry 20‑30 lbs as needed.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Self‑motivated with the ability to manage time effectively across a part‑time schedule.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Professional demeanor and customer‑facing presence.
- Prior customer service, retail, or sales experience (part‑time, internship, or volunteer).
- Familiarity with CRM platforms (Salesforce, Hub Spot, or similar).
- Experience with social media management or digital marketing tools.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and the customer journey.
- Real‑world exposure to both B2B sales and marketing operations.
- Mentorship from experienced sales and marketing professionals.
- Hands‑on experience with CRM tools, marketing platforms, and sales workflows.
- Networking opportunities with customers, vendors, and cross‑functional teams.
- A strong resume‑building experience with potential pathways to full‑time employment.
