Job Overview

As a full‑time Verizon Retail Sales Associate you will sell Verizon products and services in a retail store, focusing on building customer relationships and driving sales success.

• Generate sales using product passion and customer service skills.
• Identify customer needs through questions and connection building.
• Present product insights and solutions.
• Close sales with effective communication.
• Develop skills through ongoing training and operational functions.
• Place outbound calls and text Verizon customers for upsells.
• Engage community through off‑site events to expand customer base.

Base pay $16.00–$21.00 per hour plus up to $18,000 annually in commissions. Top performers can earn additional commissions, potentially totaling $65,000+ to $75,500+ per year. Compensation varies by geography, hours and performance.

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of relevant experience, including military experience.
• Willingness to work evenings, weekends, and holidays with four‑week schedule notice.
• Openness to additional shifts for higher income during peak periods.
• Preferred: commission‑based environment experience.
• Preferred: demonstrated sales experience communicating solutions.
• Preferred: customer service experience.
