Job Summary
The Wholesale Lending Account Executive is responsible for soliciting new business, developing marketing materials, and recommending broker approvals to Wholesale Regional Managers. The role maintains existing relationships with wholesale broker production sources and supports sales across Washington, Oregon, and Idaho.
Job Duties- Review daily, weekly, and monthly pipeline activity, including lock expirations, and maintain performance metrics set by Sales leadership.
- Assist with developing a prospective B2B client pipeline for Regional Managers.
- Develop tactical sales strategies to maximize production opportunities within the designated territory, providing market intelligence, production forecasts, and marketing/business plans.
- Engage with client and prospective client databases through phone, email, direct marketing, and social media tools.
- Conduct group presentations over phone/video to promote Dart Bank’s value proposition and present processes, products, and technology platforms.
- Manage relationships of approved accounts, focusing on account activity, wallet share, and market‑share metrics.
- Provide excellent service through follow‑up and guidance to broker partners.
- Drive improvements and efficiencies with clients, sharing ideas and best practices for success; serve as a peer mentor when called upon.
- Serve as a subject‑matter expert on underwriting guidelines, program guidelines, lending policies, procedures, products, technology, and regulatory compliance.
- Communicate and maintain strong positive relationships with all departments, escalating issues to Client Services and appropriate operations management as required.
- Use prescribed CRM metrics to improve outbound sales actions and update CRM systems accordingly.
- Adhere to all Federal and State laws and regulations, including the Bank Secrecy Act.

Qualifications Education- Minimum education:
College degree or equivalent experience.
- Quick learner who can apply knowledge in a fast‑paced team environment.
- Excellent networking, negotiation, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Detail‑oriented, organized, and disciplined with strong time‑management abilities.
- Reliability, consistency, and a strong commitment to meeting responsibilities and expectations.
- Strong customer service orientation with professional, responsive, solution‑oriented interactions.
- Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate various software systems efficiently.
- 5+ years of recent mortgage operations experience in mortgage client services.
- Minimum 5 years as an Account Manager or equivalent role.
- Proficiency with the mortgage loan process and programs.
- Preferred experience with Encompass and TPO Connect, and within the wholesale market.
- Proven production history and established broker base.
- Strong knowledge of “A” Paper, FNMA/FHLMC, and FHA/VA programs.
