Sales Consultant – Account Manager – Grand Rapids, MI

The Sales Consultant – Account Manager will be responsible for proactively building and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying complex technology solutions, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to drive sustainable growth.

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships as a first priority.
• Proactively identify and propose complex technology solutions using KONE’s industry-leading support system.
• Apply solution selling methodology and utilize CRM tools to manage opportunities and pipelines.
• Collaborate across the organization with internal stakeholders.
• Continuously learn and stay current with new technologies and sales tools.

• 2+ years of relevant sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience (4+ years).
• Strong customer service orientation and ability to build professional relationships.
• Willingness and ability to learn and use CRM and solution selling tools.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, and interpersonal skills.

• Annual Base Pay Range: $80,200 – $110,000.
• Variable Compensation: KONE Sales Incentive based on sales target achievement.
