Job Summary:

The SaaS Inside Sales Representative is responsible for generating new business opportunities by identifying, contacting, and qualifying potential customers. This role supports the sales team by building a pipeline of leads through outbound outreach and strategic engagement. This position works closely with the Sr. Account Executive to ensure alignment with sales objectives and market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Research and identify potential clients and target markets.
  • Initiate outbound communication via phone, email, and social platforms to generate interest.
  • Qualify leads and schedule introductory meetings for the sales team.
  • Maintain detailed records of outreach activities and lead status in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to support campaigns and improve lead conversion.
  • Track and report on key performance metrics related to lead generation and engagement.
  • Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and company offerings.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or customer‑facing roles.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Hub Spot).
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Goal‑oriented with a proactive and persistent approach to outreach.
Physical Requirements:
  • Ability to work onsite in a professional office setting.
  • Prolonged periods of sitting and computer use.
  • Occasional lifting of office materials or equipment (up to 20 lbs).
  • May require occasional travel for meetings or events.
