Position: Territory Sales Representative (90-day Training, Base Salary + Uncapped GP Bonus!)

At AIFI, Territory Sales Representatives act as consultative solution providers, delivering maximum value to our customers base across the food & beverage, pet food, and personal care industries.

All sales representatives start in the Lead Generator role and complete a structured 90‑day, small‑group training program designed to build the skills and strategic foundation needed for success. After a period of at least 90 days, individuals that successfully complete the training program will be promoted into a Territory Sales Representative, where they will continue to build their expertise, develop customer relationships in their territory, and gain additional training to master the full sales cycle.

In addition to professional growth, this role offers a highly competitive compensation structure with lucrative, uncapped earning potential, rewarding individuals who take ownership of their performance and are motivated to succeed both professionally and financially.

PERFORMANCE PROFILE

Reporting to the Sales Training Manager, the Lead Generator role is the starting point for your sales career  this position, you will be given the initial training to develop the skills and confidence to engage prospects through cold outreach, identify opportunities, and generate qualified sales leads. Leads are provided to you during training and after!

In your first 30 days, you immerse yourself into AIFI’s comprehensive training program, gaining vital knowledge in the sales process and methodology, product list, ERP system and operational advantages. During this time, you begin confidently engaging prospective customers, uncovering needs, and communicating AIFI’s value.

Within 60 days you demonstrate greater proficiency in generating qualified sales leads. As well, you become a fanatical prospector exhibiting the ability to place 300+ phone calls a week to leads and prospects.

Within 90 days you are fully proficient in developing qualified sales leads, having a deep knowledge of the key areas/ingredients of advantage, AIFI systems, and pricing. Upon successfully completing the training program, you are promoted into a Territory Sales Representative ready to start building and fostering their own book of business.
