Business Development ManagerReporting to the Vice President of Sales, the Business Development Manager drives territory growth, supports dealer development, and expands market opportunities across Thunder Creek’s core industries.
- Identify and develop qualified opportunities within the assigned territory.
- Maintain CRM data integrity and pipeline visibility.
- Collaborate with Territory Sales Managers and cross‑functional teams to support dealer development.
- Drive revenue growth and strengthen customer and dealer engagement.
Reporting to the Product Engineering Manager, the Design Engineer invents, designs, tests, documents, and prepares new mechanical and basic electrical designs for implementation using CAD tools. This position also works with hydraulic systems and provides design support for manufacturing and service teams.
- Develop and document new mechanical designs using CAD software.
- Design basic electrical systems, including wiring harnesses.
- Design and test hydraulic system components.
- Provide design support to manufacturing and service teams as required.
Responsible for generating new sales in a targeted region with an emphasis on dealer retail support and new account development, the role engages dealer sales staff and introduces industry‑leading products to new customers in the Construction, Fuel Distribution, Transportation, and Commercial Industries.
