Job SummaryBranch Banking Client Consultant II provides best‑in‑class experience by resolving concerns and giving product details that meet clients’ financial needs. The role focuses on client management, client retention and introductions to key bank partners (Mortgage, Business Banking) to give clients access to experts who can help them achieve financial goals. The position handles greater lending and basic investment interactions and participates in complex banking conversations with clients.
Job Responsibilities- Sales Performance: Support team growth targets in financial performance—deposit, loan, and non‑interest income—and primary client acquisition. Seek and deliver the right client introductions to the right team members, execute sales initiatives, and meet behavioral activity goals (e.g., marketing campaign lead calling, weekly appointments set/completed).

Experience:
Provide a positive client experience by assisting with account questions, problems, and complaints; research and communicate to resolve issues timely and effectively. Deliver client engagement and education, and meet Retail Leadership activity goals. - Risk Management: Execute all sales, service, and banking transactions accurately and compliantly, striving for zero controllable losses.
- Additional Accountabilities: Manage moderately complex special projects and additional duties. Adhere consistently to regulatory and compliance policies, complete required trainings, and maintain compliance with federal, state, local laws and regulations.
- Required Qualifications: High School / GED / HiSET / TASC or foreign equivalent; 4–5 years of customer service and sales experience, including in the financial services industry; ability to train and mentor others on products and platform procedures.
- Preferred Qualifications: Experience in financial services; experience demonstrating digital products and self‑service technologies.
