Freedom Chevrolet is a premier Chevrolet dealership serving Fremont and the surrounding communities. We are seeking a motivated, customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our growing team.
In this role, you will help customers find the right vehicle for their needs while providing an exceptional buying experience. Successful candidates are relationship builders who can identify customer needs, present solutions, and confidently guide customers through the sales process without using high-pressure tactics.
Responsibilities- Convert showroom visitors into customers by understanding their needs and matching them with the right vehicle.
- Learn and maintain knowledge of vehicle features, specifications, pricing, and available financing options.
- Explain the benefits of vehicle protection plans, warranties, maintenance programs, and other value-added products.
- Conduct vehicle walkarounds, demonstrations, and test drives.
- Build lasting relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Assist customers with completing all paperwork required to finalize vehicle purchases.
- Maintain accurate customer, sales, and inventory records within the dealership CRM system.
- Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, email, and text communication.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve dealership sales goals.
- Complete required manufacturer training and stay current on new vehicle products and technologies.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.

- Valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
