The Federal Government Sales Analyst plays a crucial role in supporting the development, implementation, and maintenance of the General Services Administration (GSA) contract and federal government sales initiatives. This position involves a blend of contract administration, order processing, IT systems expertise, and customer relationship management, ensuring compliance with federal requirements and contributing to sales and customer satisfaction objectives.

You’ll have...
  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 3+ years of professional experience in sales operations, marketing, customer service, order management, or a related business function
  • 2+ years of experience working cross-functionally with internal teams such as IT, operations, logistics, or sales
  • 1+ year of experience managing data, spreadsheets, or reporting using Microsoft Excel
  • 1+ year of experience supporting customer inquiries and account management
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Product & industry knowledge:
    Demonstrated Ford product knowledge, including the ability to interpret order guides. Solid understanding of the automotive industry.
  • Technical proficiency:
    Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced spreadsheet development in Excel and presentations in PowerPoint. Strong knowledge of Ford’s order-to-delivery and purchase order systems (CONCEPS, NAVIS, TSO2, MOBIUS, DRIN, CPARS, CCAP).
  • Core competencies:

    Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively engage with internal/external customers, managers, and co-workers. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multi-task and manage multiple inquiries and projects effectively. Excellent decision-making abilities and meticulous attention to detail. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively as a team player and capable of working with minimal supervision. Outstanding customer service ability, consistently maintaining professionalism and a positive attitude.
  • Personal attributes:
    Overall resilience and stamina required for a high-tempo sales environment. Reliable, proactive, and willing to take on new assignments. Demonstrated leadership qualities.
