We are seeking a motivated Licensed Medicare Enrollment Agent to assist Medicare-eligible individuals with understanding and enrolling in Medicare Advantage, Medicare Supplement, and Prescription Drug plans.
Responsibilities- Meet with prospective Medicare beneficiaries in person, by phone, or virtually
- Educate clients on Medicare coverage options
- Conduct needs-based consultations and plan comparisons
- Complete enrollments in accordance with CMS guidelines
- Maintain accurate records and follow compliance requirements
- Build and maintain referral relationships within the community
- Active Michigan Health Insurance License
- AHIP certification (current or willing to obtain)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Self‑motivated and organized
- Ability to work independently
- Medicare sales experience preferred but not required
- Flexible part‑time schedule
