This position is located in Dearborn, MI.

• Competitive Compensation: $51,542.20 first year with an average 45‑hour work week

As a Management Training (MT) participant, you will start learning our business from day one while based at one of our neighborhood branches. You will be the face of Enterprise to customers and partners and the behind‑the‑scenes operational expert. In our structured program, you will master the knowledge and skills needed to eventually run your own branch, cultivate new business, and develop your team.

You will receive guidance, mentoring, and support, and you will establish community relationships essential to building your own business. We’ll teach you how to excel at customer service, sales and marketing, finance, and operations, and you will learn what it means to always put our customers first.

• Must have a Bachelor's degree or be within one semester of graduating.
• Must have a valid driver's license with no more than two moving violations and/or at-fault accidents in the last three years.
• No drug or alcohol related convictions (DWI/DUI) in the past five years.
• Minimum one year of experience (within the last five years) in one of the following areas:

• Sales – commission sales or sales with set goals and/or bonus potential
• Customer service in a sales industry (e.g., retail, restaurant, hospitality)
• Participation as an athlete on a professional, semi‑professional or collegiate team
• Leadership role in the military, clubs, or organizations
• Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require work‑authorization sponsorship by our company for this position now or in the future.
