Vanguard Executive Partners LLC is looking for a driven and ambitious Entry Level Account Manager to join our growing team in Dearborn, MI. This is an exciting opportunity to launch your career in account management, build meaningful client relationships, and grow within a dynamic, results-oriented organization. No previous experience is required; training is provided.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing client accounts
• Present products and services to prospective clients through face to face interactions
• Collaborate with team members
• Meet and exceed weekly and monthly sales and performance targets
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow-up to ensure client satisfaction

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field preferred
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow in a sales environment
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• No prior experience required - full training provided for the right candidate
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work on-site in Dearborn, MI
