Janitor - Exterior Porter

Hourly Pay Rate: $19.00

Work Schedule: Monday – Friday, 7:00 am – 3:00 pm

This role includes vehicle patrol of designated campus areas and building access control with metal‑detecting equipment, requiring a clean motor vehicle record.

• Provide customer service by carrying out safety and security procedures, site‑specific policies, and, when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem‑solving manner.
• Conduct regular and random patrols around the business and perimeter; working environments and conditions may vary by client site.

• Be at least 21 years old for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent, or five years of verifiable experience.
• Be subject to a background investigation and drug screening in accordance with applicable laws.
• Participate in industry‑specific security and safety training programs.
• Meet licensing requirements as required by state or local law.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions only.
