Ford is seeking an experienced Investigator to join our Global Security team, conducting and overseeing complex investigations into criminal activity, fraud, conflicts of interest, theft, embezzlement, and other significant violations of Company policy. In this role, you will manage cases from intake through resolution—interviewing witnesses, preserving evidence, and coordinating closely with partners across Special Investigations, OGC Compliance, HR, Brand Protection, People Matters and other skill teams.

You ll also assist with maintaining relationships with law enforcement agencies, respond to workplace threats, support security training programs, and special event coverage.
